I have been playing around with setting up new users, roles and permissions and noticed that Live Writer does not filter out the categories for a particular role.

If I set up "user1" and set up a role for them "role1" with permissions to only publish on "Catyegory1"

When Live Writer is used all of the categories are displayed and the publisher can choose any category to publish the post in? The admin of course has to review and ultimatley publish the post, but the post should have only been set for "Category1"

Has anobody else experienced this, is there a workaround?
